High-Density Input/Output: Features 5 inputs (1x DP 4K@60Hz, 1x HDMI 4K@60Hz, 3x HDMI 4K@30Hz) and 9 HDMI outputs (1080p@60Hz each), plus 1 DP Loop-out for expansion.
Flexible Splicing & Rotation: Supports arbitrary tiling configurations (e.g., 1x3, 2x2, 3x3). Allows 90° rotation of the input source (single view) and 180° rotation of the first output row (in 2-row layouts).

Q1: What is the output resolution of the Loop-out interface?
A: If the first device outputs a 3840x2160 signal, the second device's DP input will receive a 3840x2160 signal.
Q2: The remote control sometimes doesn't respond?
A: Resolution switching requires a brief processing time (~1 second). If the display behaves unexpectedly, power cycling the unit will restore normal operation.
Q3: There are flickering lines in cascade mode?
A: Please use the DP cable supplied with the product for connecting the DP Loop-out to the next unit's DP Input.
Q4: How are the output screens numbered?
A: The numbering generally follows a "Top-to-Bottom, Left-to-Right" order. Refer to the manual's appendix for detailed diagrams regarding numbering during 90° and 180° rotations.
Q5: In cascade mode, some units don't respond to the remote?
A: Ensure cascaded units are physically close. If issues occur, press the Clone button followed by the Single Display button on the remote to synchronize all units to a default state before reconfiguring.
